In partnership with CrossFit 419, For Every Girl is excited to host our sixth annual "THE FIGHT " CrossFit competition happening June 22, 2024 at CROSSFIT 419. A CrossFit competition featuring teams of 3 Males OR 3 Females who will join with For Every Girl to FIGHT and free Every Girl from Gender-Based Violence. "THE FIGHT" will offer wods for all skill levels including RX, Intermediate and Scaled divisions.
New in 2024 - Just For Fun Division!
We are excited to announce the addition of the Just For Fun division! We believe that at its base CrossFit should bring the community together regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. To honor this belief we wanted to offer an option that allows you to join the cause and FIGHT for the girls in our program without getting caught up in the competition mentality . When signing up for this division the team may be made up of all men, all women, or co-ed! The standards will follow our scaled division, with you electing for your team the men’s/women’s weights. For example, if you have two females and one male on a team and select the female weight the male on your team will also compete with those weights.
There will be judges on the floor during these heats to ensure athletes know the flow of the workout and where to go but there will not be a judge assigned to count your reps, or enforce a standard
There will be no podium based on the results of the workouts.
This division is for you if you:

* Want to get in a good workout with your friends
* Want to be surrounded by the energy a competition brings
* Just want to bring the energy and have a great time!
* You’ve always wanted to try a competition but have always been a bit worried you are not ready
* Don’t want to worry about having a dedicated judge
* Don’t care about the podium
Get your team together to compete and support Every Girl so she can be free to transform her future. You will be given the option to determine your own level of partnership with For Every Girl as you determine how YOUR TEAM can influence Every Girl's future with your entry fee. You will be leaving with a T-Shirt specifically designed to impact the lives of the girls within For Every Girl.
We will be releasing a timeline as the date becomes closer.
This ticket allows For Every Girl to provide Tutoring Services to an Every Girl. This includes a weekly tutoring session focusing on reading, writing and math. By providing Every Girl with Tutoring we are decreasing the risk of gender-based violence, promoting her physical healing process, and ensuring overall wellness to ensure that she can become successful in any path of life.
This ticket allows For Every Girl to pay for one semester of education for ONE girl. By providing the cost of education for Every Girl to attend school for one-semester, you are allowing her to transform her future and be a catalyst for change. Due to vulnerabilities it is likely that Every Girl is currently not participating in school due to the inability to pay for school fees.
